What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is possible from 3pm and check-out must be no later than 10am. However, if necessary, we can arrange to change the check-in/check-out times. Please note that if you check in after 8pm, there will be a €60 surcharge for Magali.

How can I park?
Free secure parking behind the residence or in front of the residence.

Will I receive an invoice at the end of my stay?
Yes, we will send you an invoice by e-mail at the end of your stay.

Are towels provided?
Yes, sheets and towels are not provided during your stay.

Is cleaning included during my stay?
The cleaning fee is 69€, including sheets and towels.

Are the beds made up?
Yes, your beds are made up on arrival and you are provided with towels and basic necessities.

Rental cancellation
No refunds will be made for cancellations made 10 days before arrival. This is 30 days before arrival.

Are pets allowed?
We love animals, but small dogs must be kept on a leash in the residence and must not bark to disturb residents. Do not leave your dog alone on the balcony, as any damage caused by your dog will be deducted from the 500€ deposit

Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment.
